History
For more than 30 years we have taken care of clients of every dimension and from many economic sectors in fiscal and economical interests. Therefore, we are one of the efficient accounting and tax consultancy firms in the heart of Munich.
1978 | Tax advisor Volker Dirks founds a single tax practice in Munich at Sendlinger Straße |
1981 | Due to strong business growth the single practice will be expanded along with Angelika Dirks to the partnership Dirks/ Dirks |
1999 | With the chartered accountant and tax advisor Bernd Mölbert and the chartered accountant and tax advisor Christian Schulz the management level was extended by two experienced experts for national and international tax law. Together with Volker Dirks the partnership Dirks / Moelbert / Schulz was founded. |
2000- 2007 | In addition to tax consulting for domestically resident clients, the partnership established itself as a excellent service provider and tax consultant for internationally structured companies. Volker Dirks draws increasingly back from the active activity. The partnership moves from Sendlinger Straße to Herzog-Wilhelm-Straße 22 in München (still close to Sendlinger Tor). |
2008 | To expand consulting services for internationally structured companies, with tax advisor Thomas Betz a highly experienced partner jointed the partnership. For more than the 10 years he provided corporation tax advice to international corporations. DMS GmbH & Co.KG Steuerberatungsgesellschaft is founded. |
